Re: Proclamation for Salina Jaycees
Please find attached a sample proclamation for "Jaycee Week" which is scheduled for thc
week of January 16-22, 1994. The Salina Jaycees respectfully request that the City
Commission recognize this event at the meeting of January 10, 1994. It is our assumption
that the Commission will not meet on January 17, 1994 in recognition of Martin Luther
King, Jr., although that would have been our preferred date for thc reading of thc
proclamation. I will bc present at thc mccting to read thc proclamation.
