Resolution Number 05-4029 authorizing the City Manager to execute Certificates
of Release from Environmental Condition Liability to certain persons.

The attached resolution authorizes the City Manager to sign Certificates of
Release for two residential properties. The first property is owned by Edward
P. and ,Julie A. Claybaugh and is located at 948 S. 5th. The second property
is owned by ,Jack R. Paxton and is located at 960 S. Santa Fe.
Although the staff will be issuing a blanket certificate of release for most of
the residential properties in the near future, the two properties above are
being sold and have requested the release for the finance company or to
assure the new owner that the property was not involved in the contamination.
Recommendation
Approve Resolution Number 95-4929.
