GRANT OF PERMANENT SIDEWALK EASEMENT
Shawn L. and Amber D. Karlin, ("Grantors"), being the owners of the hereinafter
described real estate, do hereby give, grant, dedicate, and convey unto the City of Salina,
Kansas, a municipal corporation, (the "Grantee").
A permanent easement, in perpetuity, over and across a strip of real property situated
on Huntington Road in Golden Eagle Estates Addition No. 4 to the City of Salina,
Saline County legally described on the attached Exhibit A and depicted on the
attached Exhibit B for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating and
replacing a five (5) foot public sidewalk.
Provided, that the Grantors and their heirs, successors and assigns may fully use and
enjoy this strip of real property in any manner that will not interfere with its continued
use as a public sidewalk.
Grantors hereby covenant that they are the lawful owners of the described
premises and have the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
