Background:
Resolution Number 95-4884 authorizes the public sale of $1,900,000 in Temporary Notes and sets
the day and time (July 17, 1995 at 2:00 p.m.) to receive bids.
This temporary note is being issued to finance the opening of Cell Number 2 and the closure of the
original landfill at the Solid Waste Facility.
Recommended action:
Adopt Resolution Number 95-4884.
