Public hearing and report on Petition Number 409~ requesting the vacation of
Pine Street between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street.
Background
The petition was submitted on February 16, 1995, by Mr. West McArthur and
was referred to Engineering for a report at the February 27, 1995 City
Commission Meeting. A public hearing date of March 27, 1995 was scheduled;
however, it has been determined that more time is needed before presenting a
report.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Commission continue the public hearing until
April 17, 1995.
