Report of Bids for Project #95-929, City Parking Facility.
Bids were received Tuesday, March 14, 1995, for construction of a cold storage/parking facility to
be located north of the central fueling facility. Two bids were received and both exceeded the
architect's estimate.
RECOMMENDATION:
As both bids were over the architect's estimate, it is recommended the bids be rejected and the
City Commission authorize staff to set a new date to receive bids for Project ~35-929.
