Reject bids to perform Addition and Interior Modifications to the ~eneral
Services office.

There were three valid bids received on Wednesday, Hatch 15., 1995 to perform
the General Services Office construction. All three bids ~e£e over the
Architect's estiamte. The project ~ust be rescheduled and bid &$&in by State
statute.
Recos~endation:
It is reco~aended the City Co~aission reject all bids received and authorize
Staff to reschedule a new. bid date for the Addition and Interior ~odifications
to the General Services Offices.
