FOR SOLI D WASTE CHARGES

Company), a trash hauler licensed with the City of Salina, hereby agrees to
allow the City of Salina to use an electronic debit through First National Bank
and Trust, Salina, Kansas, to collect solid waste charges incurred by The
Company at the City's Solid Waste facility. Charges incurred each day will be
debited against the Company's account on the next banking day. City
personnel will, by telephone, inform The Company of each day's debit amount.
The Company should contact the City of Salina's Finance Department
immediately concerning any discrepancies regarding amounts charged at the
Solid Waste Facility.
The Company understands First National Bank and Trust, Salina, Kansas, will
charge a fee for each electronic debit and will require a minimum monthly
charge. By signing this agreement, The Company represents that it has
finalized the debit arrangements with First National Bank and Trust, Salina,
Kansas, and has accepted their current fee structure.
The Company agrees to have sufficient funds in the designated bank account
to cover the amount of any solid waste charges incurred. I n the event an
electronic debit cannot be made due to insufficient funds in the Company's
designated bank account, this agreement shall immediately terminate.
Either The Company or the City of Salina may cancel this agreement upon 30
days written notice.
