CONSENT TO VACATION/CLOSING OF ALLEY
Salina Cable TV System, being the owner and holder of a
certain Utility Easement along the alleyway between the present
Brown Welding Supply building and Everett Lumber Company
building, hereby agrees to and does subordinate its easement
rights and entitlements under said easement to the easement
rights and entitlements of the City of Salina, Kansas. The real
estate on which the easement is located is described as follows:
The South Forty (40) feet of Lot 41 on Seventh Street,
and Lots 43, 45 and 47 on Seventh Street, all in the
original town, and lots 40 through 48 alternately on
Santa Fe Avenue, all in the original town, now city of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
