Due to our desire to clarify the status of the Ivey Park location, it is
felt that that portion of Magnolia Addition which constitutes the park be
vacated. K.S.A. 12-504 provides that the County Commission is the body
responsible for vacating plats.

Therefore, you are asked to pass a motion today requesting that the Saline
County Commission vacate Blocks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of t1agnolia Addition
including all of Brookview Drive, Cimmaron Street, Drake Street, Felton
Circle, Felton Street, King Circle and King Street.
