1995 Extension .... ") <I EXTENSION OF CURRENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT This Extension of Current Contract Agreement made and entered into this 11th day of December, 1995 by/and between the CITY OF SALINA, a municipal corporation, First Party, hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER" and PHILIP ENVIRONMENTAL formerly Burlington Environmental, Second Party, hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR". WHEREAS, the Owner and the Contractor entered into a certain contract agreement dated December 12, 1994 effective January 1, 1995 for one year (the "Contract Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the parties hereto now mutually desire to extend the Contract Agreement for an additional term of One (1) year or until December 31, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties as follows: I. Term of Contract. The Contract Agreement dated December 12, 1995 by and between the parties hereto above mentioned is extended for an additional term of One (1) year commencing on January 1, 1996 and terminating December 31, 1996. II. Pricing. The terms and prices to be paid by the Owner to the Contractor shall be as listed on the 1995/1996 HHW Pricing for Salina, Kansas, as Exhibit A. ill. Other Terms. All other terms of the Contract Agreement not in conflict with the terms of this Extension of Current Contract Agreement are ratified and affirmed as if fully set fourth herein. d:\hhw\9SconIra. wpd fT ..
