A. Neighborhood Center Policy and Fees - I have attached a
copy of the Resolution for Neighborhood Center use and fee
structure. As indicated, the resolution was approved in
1989. I have also attached statistical data regarding
numbers of reservations, groups, Parks and Recreation
usage, etc.
I would like the board to discuss the fee structure, restricted
uses, and Memorial Hall. With changes made at Memorial
Hall, it is not available for public use as it was when the
policy was approved. I will also give some background on
current use, types of requests received, and whether any
changes should be proposed in usage.
