At their May 20, 1980 meeting, the Salina City Planning Commission conducted a
public hearing on Application #Z80-6. At that time, a motion to recommend denial
of the application was passed (9-0). The motion to recommend denial cited the
fact that the zoning ordinance requires a 60' lot width for multiple-family
dwellings in the IR-3" zone and this lot is only 50' wide.
Therefore, you are asked to approve a motion denying this application.
