under the program for federal aid on highway construction. [Beginning

8.2 Second Reading Ordinance Number 80-8779, authorizing the City of
Salina, Kansas (1ICityll), to acquire the real property hereinafter
described and to construct and purchase a building and real estate
improvements to be leased to Gerald K. Palmer, M.D., and Norman E.
Macy, M.D., and Boyd E. Smith, M.D., (liThe Doctorsll) authorizing and
directing the issuance of $380,000 principal amount of The Doctors
Industrial Revenue Bonds, Series of 1980, of said City for the purpose
of providing funds to pay the cost of acquiring the real property
hereinafter described and the construction of a building, and real
estate improvements thereon, to be leased to the Doctors, and prescribing
the form and authorizing the execution of a lease by and between said
City and the Doctors.
8.3 Second Reading Ordinance Number 80-8780, repeal ing Article I of
Chapter 22A of the Sal ina Code, the same being Sections 22A-l through
22A-5, inclusive, pertaining to the Neighborhood Centers Board.
8.4 Resolution Number 80-3479, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute, acknowledge and del iver a special warranty deed conveying
excess property to Wilson & Company, free' of the lease.
8.5 Letter from Steve Shogren, United Securities Company, to discuss a
consent agreement to participate in the Sal ine County Mortgage Bond
Program.
