A resolution appointing members to the Animal Control Adviso ry and Appeals Board, Arts and
Humanities Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Business Improvement District No. 1 Board of
Advisors, Business Improvement District No. 1 Design Review Board, Convention and Tourism
Committee, Salina Housing Aut hority, Human Relations Co mmission, Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board, Solid Waste Management Commi ttee, Tree Advisory Board and Community
Corrections Board.
BACKGROUND:
The Citizen Boards and Commissions administrative Resolution Number 90-4242, section 2(c),
instructs that members will be appoi nted by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval.
At this time openings do exist on the above noted boards. The appointments by this resolution will
provide continuity of citizen participation and input.
A copy of the resolution will be provided to the Commission at Monday’s meeting.
COMMISSION ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 06-6302.
