Personnel usually perform duties related to their classification; however, in the interest of efficiency, personnel with diversified experience may perform several types of work. In all cases charges will be made according to payroll classification and not according to type of work performed. For example, a draftsman with OD-1 classification might be temporarily assigned to a survey party and would be charged at OD-1 rate and not FS-1 or FS-2.
