Re: Petition #3746 - Fox Run Final Plat
At their July 3, 1979 meeting the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed the
Final Plat of the Fox Run Addition. At that time a motion was unanimously
passed (8-0) approving the plat subject to the owner submitting a revised and
valid petition for street resurfacing on all substandard streets to be dedicated
to the public.
Therefore, pending satisfactory resolution of Petition #3779 for street improve-
ments (on today's agenda) it is recommended that the City Commission approve the
plat and authorize the Mayor to sign it.
