of the Southeast Quarter of Sect ion 19, Township 14 S outh, Range 2 West in the City of Salina,
Kansas (located north of Cloud Street).
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 06-10342 was passed on first readi ng on July 24, 2006 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 06-10342 on second reading.
