I recommend a "No Passing Zone" be created on East Crawford
Street from two hundred feet (2001) west of the entrance to
Lower Indian Rock Park to two hundred feet (2001) east of the
entrance.
A motion should be made to create this "No Passing Zone"
as shown on attached drawing.

SUBJECT: "No Passing Zone" on East Crawford Street at the South
Indian Rock Park entrance
I would recommend that a "No Passing Zone" be established on
East Crawford Street at the entrance to South Indian Rock Park as
shown on the attached drawing.
In the spring, when the park is open and the ballfields are
being used, the traffic volume on Crawford Street will substantially
increase in this area. Most of this increased traffic volume will
be bicycles and slow moving vehicles making turning movements at
the park entrance. Be creating this "No Passing Zone" now, the
public will have a chance to become accustomed to it by the time
the real need for it develops in the spring.
