I Don Harrison \ f;1. \ IjJAJV BY: BY: The final breakdown has been filed by the City Engineer for Engineering Project 78-628, for the acquisition of property for the purpose of establishing a public street from Ohio Street to Kenwood Park Drive and providing for the curbing, guttering, paving and grading and sanitary sewer improvements for The Midway. The City Clerk should be instructed to publish a notice of the public hearing to be held November 19, 1979, and to mail a notice of the public hearing to each property owner in the benefit district. At the conclusion of the public hearing, an assessment ordinance will be introduced for first reading and passed on November 26, 1979. Curbing, guttering, paving and grading of The Midway, Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 589. as authorized by Resolution Number 3385, passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas on the 7th day of August, 1978. The total cost of such improvement to property owners is $164,563.62.
