Gentlemen and Mrs Graves,
I would like to open a Limousine service here in Salina.
Service would be provided in a 1977 Cadillac model 75 Limousine.
I anticipate the service to be used for visiting dignitaries,
wedding~, special events, parades, parties, funerals, and any
function requiring a special means of transportation.
I have applied for a Taxie Cab License under the current
City Ordances, however prior to the purchase of this limousine
I would like to be assured of receiving the necessary license from
the city.
The inspection of the limousine and issuance of the insurance
must wait until I purchase the limousine. The anticipated rates
will be $20.00 per ,hour with a two hour minimum or $200.00 a ,day.

the motor car above described, which is owned and is to be operated by the undersigned, subject to the provisions ot the Or-
dinances of the City of Salina relating to Taxi-eabs, and agree to comply with the provisions of all ordinances of said City
or laws of the State of Kansas now in force or hereafter enacted. Failure to comply with any of said ordinances or to keep
in force -and on file with the City Clerk an approved liability insurance policy or any misrepresentation of facts herein. as to
ownership of said vehicle, or otherwise, shall cause the immediate cancellation of any license issued hereunder.
Any license tag issued hereunder shall be used only on the vehicle above described, unless application is made for a
transfer and is approved by the Board of Commissioners. No license issued to the operator and owner named herein shall be
transferable to another operator and/or owner. If any license is cancelled or expires, the license tag issued to such vehicle
shall be immediatelY' returned to the City Clerk -and may be removed from such vehicle by the Chief of Police if not so re-
turned. The undersigned shall be jointly and severally responsible for the negligent operation of said vehicle in the City at
Salina. by themselves or others, either before or after the expiration or cancellation of any license issued hereunder until after
due proof is furnished to the Board of Commissioners that the undersigned have ceased to own and/or operate said velrlcle.
