At their September 18, 1979 meeting the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed
Application #UR79-4. At that time a motion was passed unanimously (6-0)
recommending approval of the application subject to several corrections.
(These corrections have been made.)
The applicant proposes to construct a 571 x 851 medical clinic on the site
containing 9 examination rooms and offices for 4 doctors.
To approve the development plan as the Planning Commission has recommended,
a motion needs to be passed, approving the plan. This plan meets all applicable
requirements of the Northeast Industrial Park Urban Renewal Project, Section
212, Part C "Land Use Requirementsl'.
