Ordinance Number 8751 - Annexing certain land to the City of Salina, Kansas,
in conformity with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, inclusive,
and repealing Ordinance Number 8726.
The annexation was requested in Petition Number 3768, filed by Dan Stevenson.
The legal description received from the Planning Department for Ordinance
Number 8726 was incorrect, and Ordinance Number 8751 is simply to correct
an error.
This ordinance will be on the agenda for second reading on September 17, 1979.
