E. Resolution 3444 detennining the advisability of curbing, guttering,
paving, and grading, water service and sanitary sewer stub improvements,
estimating the cost thereof, defining the boundaries of the
improvement district, method of assessment, and apportioning the

F. First Reading Ordinance Number 8736 - dividing the city into one
ward and thirty-three precincts; amending Chapter 11 of the
Salina Code and repealing the existing chapter 11.

G. Recommendation from the Building Code Advisory Board to adopt the
1979 editions of the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Plumbing
Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Sign Code, and the Uniform
Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, and to repeal or
modify certain sections of Chapter 9 of the Salina Code to bring
them into compliance with the new building codes.

H. Recommendation from the City Engineer to approve Petition 3772,
filed by Mr. Main, for a loading zone at 320 North Santa Fe
Avenue.
Resolution Number 3445, designates the loading, unloading zone.
