Recommendation from the City Planning Commission that Petition Number 3746, filed by MK Development Company, for the approval of the final plat of Fox Run Addition, located south of Schilling Road between Dry Creek and the MoPac Railroad tracks, containing 131.517 acres in 359 lots, zoned Planned Development District (P.D.D.) be approved subject to the filing of a valid petition for street improvements. Recommendation from the City Planning Commission that Petition Number 3747, filed by MK Development Company, for the approval of the final plat of Wheatridge Addition, located north of Schilling Road between Dry Creek and the MoPac Railroad tracks, containing 71.65 acres in 4 lots, zoned Planned Development District (P.D.D.) be approved subject to the filing of a valid petition for street improvements.
