C. Petition Number 3770 - requesting curbing, guttering, paving
and grading of York Avenue from Chester Avenue to Francis
Avenue; and Francis Avenue from the existing pavement south to

D. Petition Number 3771 - filed by Harold L. Larson for the

7. Development Business
A. Recommendation from the City Planning Commission on Zoning
Application 77-16, filed by John Mize for the rezoning of a
portion of the East 84 acres of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of
Section 35-13-3 from IA-l(FP)" and "C-5(FP)1I to IC-6(FP)" and
III-2(FP)II, that the tentative rezoning be recinded.

B. Recommendation from the City Planning Commission that Petition
Number 3767, filed by Charles M. Stover requesting street name
changes in Meyer Addition: Meyer Drive to Partridge Lane and
Fredrich Drive to Mallard Drive, be denied.

C. Recommendation from the City Planning Commission that Petition
Number 3768, filed by Dan G. Stevenson requesting annexation of
a tract of land located south of Ridgeview Road, west of
Marymount Road and adjacent to the Smoky Hill River, containing

8. Administration
A. Second Reading Ordinance 8724 - designating the time during
which the public parks within the City of Salina, Kansas, shall
be closed to the general public; enacting Sections 25-7, 25-8,
and 25-9 of the Salina Code.

B. Second Reading Ordinance 8725 - providing for the amendment of
Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 36 of the Salina
Code, and the zoning district map therein and thereby adopted
and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the
city and prescribing the proper uses thereof. (Rezoning of the
West 33 feet of Lot 9, and all of Lots 10 and 11, Block 2,
Cloverdale Addition to District "1-2".)

C. Resolution 3441 - creating the Salina Citizens' Advisory
Committee; setting forth its purposes and functions; determining
its membership and the method of selection thereof; amending
