When this item was postponed last Monday to July 30, we failed to remember we are
no longer holding City Commission meetings on the 5th Monday of the month. For
this reason, it needs to be rescheduled for August 6. I asked Dean Boyer about
moving it up to July 23 because of August 6th being the date for the Budget Hearing.
He thought we had better allow the additional time because there is a different
design concept involved.
