Subject: City Commission Meeting Monday, April 16, 1979
In the event any of you would be interested in attending the Regional Planning
meeting the evening of the 17th on Emergency Medical Service, let us know. We
will be glad to arrange transportation.
We would appreciate knowing how many of you plan to attend the orientation/re-
view session scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 18. You can let either
Becky or Linda know if you would when you come in Monday.
Along that line, Carmen has prepared a report which she thought might be helpful
to you prior to the orientation session.
I hope we are not smothering you with the information related to the Housing
Revenue Bonds, but since it is a hot, current topic I want to try to keep you
abreast of it.
On F-4: Larry advises that this ordinance is required by state law in order for
the-cTty at large to pay for major improvements to main trafficways.
On F-5: The resolution is a formal follow-up to the action you took last week
giving the SRC control of concessions at events which they sponsor.
The report by George Wood covers Item G-4. The Park Advisory Board concurred
with the recommendations.
