On March 6, 1979, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed its
recommendation to the City Commission of February 21, 1979. At
that time, a motion was appoved by a unanimous vote (5-0) to deny
the application based on the incompatibility of the proposed rezoning
with the existing neighborhood.
