Study Session 2:30 p.m. - The City Commission will convene for a Study Session, the agenda
for which is attached. Members of the public are invited to attend this informal session and
discuss matters of interest with the City Commissioners during an "open forum" period from
3:45 to 4:00 p.m.

Salina Police Officer, will read the proclamation.
(4.2) The week of May 14 - 20, 2006 as Emergency Medical Services Week in the city of
Salina. Michael Alvarez, Salina Firefighter jParamedic, will read the
proclamation.

(8.1) Award of contracts for the 2006 Subdivision Improvements, Piercy Addition,
Project No. 06-1588, and Quail Meadows, Phase II, Project No. 06-1590.
(8.2) Discussion relating to an ordinance amending Article III of Chapter 8 of the Salina
Code pertaining to Building Contractor and Skilled Contracting Licenses
(postponed from May I, 2006).
