There are only two items to comment on:
1) The Mayor has asked that you plan on an executive session
after your regular meeting to meet with Shelby Willis.
2)
In checking with Carmen concerning the letter from John
Divine and Solomon Oliver, she tells me that they intended
to suggest that you give the people using the facilities
at least- 30 days notice prior to closing or razing the
structures. This is something that we should discuss
soon.
