Water Rate The rate to private consumers according to the agreement be- tween the City 9f Salina and the Salina Water Works Company 9f April 8th, 1913, is as follows: "That the Company will furnish to the consumer under its one d911ar ($1.00) minimum meter rate 3,335 gallons of water per month; and it will furnish to the consumer under its seventy-five cent (75c) minimum meter rate 2,500 gallons of water per month; and it will furnish to the consumer under its fifty cent (50c) minimum meter rate, 1,670 gallons of water per month. And any consumer who pays $12.00 in advance shall have forty th9usand (40,000) gallons of water, to be used by such consumer at any time during the twelve months next following the date of such payment." Electric Light Rate The rate t9 consumers is as follows: "Ten (10) cents per kilowatt for the first fifty (50) kil9watts, and five (5) cents per kilowatt for each additi9nal kil9watt used per month. Minimum bill $1.00 per month. Subject to a ten per cent discount if paid on or before the tenth of the month following."
