GRANT OF PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
Frank C. Norton and Jeanne M. Norton, Trustees of the Jeanne M. Norton Trust, dated
May 13, 2002, (the "Grantor"), being the owner of the hereinafter described real estate, does
hereby give, grant, dedicate, and convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal
corporation, (the "Grantee")
A Permanent Utility Easement, in perpetuity, on the real estate legally described on
the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and depicted on the attached and
incorporated Exhibit B for the purposes of locating, constructing, excavating, and
maintaining poles, wires, conduit, pipeline, and junction boxes for the purposes of
conducting, transmitting, and distributing water, sewage, electricity, gas and electronic
communications by the City, its franchisees, and its licensees.
Grantor acknowledges that this Grant of Permanent Utility Easement shall
neither alter nor affect the Grantor's obligation to maintain the described real estate.
Grantor hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of the described real estate
and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.

PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
A tract of land for a permanent utility easement in the Northeast Quarter
(NE ~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ~) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in
Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said
section Thirty-two (32), thence on an assumed bearing of North 89°40'00" West,
along the North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of nine hundred six and
ninety-nine hundredths (906.99') feet; thence South 00°20'00" West a distance of
fifty and zero hundredths (50.00') feet to a half inch (1/2") rebar, said point being
the intersection of the East line of St. Andrews Lane and the South Right-of-Way
of Magnolia Road; thence continuing South 00°20'00" West along said East line
a distance of Thirty-one and seven hundredths (31.07') feet to the point of
beginning. Thence South 42°08'28" East a distance of fourteen and eighty-one
hundredths (14.81) feet; thence South 00°20'00" West parallel with the East line
of St. Andrews Lane, a distance of forty-six and five hundredths (46.05') feet;
thence South 46°03'34" West a distance of thirteen and ninety-seven hundredths
(13.97') feet to a point on said East line of St. Andrews Lane; thence North
00°20'00" East a distance of sixty-six and seventy-two hundredths (66.72') feet to
the point of beginning.
