On November 7, 1978, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed the
Final Plat of Country Hills Addition #2 (A Replat of Block 1, Lots 1
and 5-14, Replat of Block 1, Lot 1, Country Hills Addition #2) as
requested by David Werth in Petition #3704A. At that time the Planning
Commission found it to be in cómpliance with the Subdivision Regulations
. of the City of Salina, and voted unanimously (6-0) to approve it. It
