Please find attached an aerial photograph showing this property. Over the previous few months, I have received inquiries from each of you regarding one or both of these tracts of land. In the interest of fairness, I determined that it would be more appropriate to have you submit written quotations for the lease of the property under the following conditions: . + Quotations may be received for either one or both tracts. + The term of the lease will begin on March 1, 2006 and end on November 1, 2006. + Half payment due on March 1, 2006 and second half payment due on October 1, 2006. + Leasee shall conduct conventional farming operations on the property, the crop to be determined by leasee. + Leasee shall maintain the property in good condition during the term of the lease.
