ADMINISTRA nON (8.1) (8.2) (8.3) Second reading Ordinance No. 02-10070 amending Chapter 39, Article IV and V of the Salina Code pertaining to trees and shrubs. Resolution No. 02-5815 authorizing and directing the issuance, sale, and delivery (of $4,865,000 principal amount) of General Obligation Municipal Temporary Notes, Series 2002-1.
