Applicant has an exclusive option to purchase the above real estate which he intends to exercise provided this application is granted; if said premises are included within the "e" Cornrnercial District there will be constructed uhereon a first-class service station substantially like the Texaco Station now situate at the northwest corner of Eighth and Ash streets, of which a photograph is attached. Said premises comprise the southwest portion of said block with a frontage on Ninth Street of one hundred and twenty (120') feet and a.frontage on Kirwin Street of one hundred and fifty feet (150r) and with an Rlley on the north side thereof sixteen feet (16') wide Rnd ~n alley on the east side thereof fifteen feet (15') wide, so that the same constitutes a distinct unit. Property on both sides of Kinth 3treet immediately south of of said intersection is included in the "C" Commercial District; Allison Food ~arket, Lqttsons Food Locker Plant, a drug store and other business establishments are directly opposite the south side of said premises. w. ~.
