Since we plan on each 81' the three apartments hav-1ng private entrances and bathe and being completely isolated from each ather, we wish to have the lots in questioned rezoned so that our remodling will be legal thus avoid- ing any future cO1IIplioations. The house in 4!uestions sets in nearly the middle of the two lots and being a corner will not cause congestion in parking (see attached sketoh).
