(A)
We, the undersigned, being owners of record of property liable for assessment for
the following proposed improvement: Street paving and rolled curbing of ~old
road. Starting at the frontage road of U.S. 81 extending east 650' feet. Street
is to~be 40' feet wide plus curbs. And be paved with Monolithic concrete to the
specifications of the City of Salina.
hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article
Ga, Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended.

(C)
The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated
on the attached plat and is described as follows: Lots One (1) and Two (2) and
the west 150 feet of lot Three (3). Block One (1). and Lots One (1) and
Three (~) and the west l~~ feet of Lot Four (4). Block TI<lo (2). Grain
Rplt S lhrlivision to the City of Salina. Kansas. .

The proposed method of assessment is:

The proposed apportionment of costs between the iffiprovement district and the
city-at-large is ninety-nine and five tenths percent ( 99.5 %) to be assessed
against the improvement district and five tenths percent
(0.5 %) to be paid by the city-at-Iarge.
(F)
We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S.A. l2-6a04(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petition after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
or later than seven (7) days after this petition has been
filed with the City Clerk. (K.S.A. l2-6a04)
