ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Pertaining to the procedure for processing
compaints and providing for the time in which to file an
appeal from a determination made by the (Human Relations)
Director; amending Section lla-72(6) and Section lla-72(8)
of the Salina Code and repealing the existing sections.
2.
ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Providing for the procedure for requesting
a public hearing before the Human Relations Commission;
amending Section lla-72(9) of the Salina Code and repealing
the existing section.
3.
ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Providing the procedure for notifying the
complainant and respondent of the result of the public
hearing; amending Section lla-72(13) of the Salina Code and
repealing the existing section.

ORDINANCE 1st Reading - Establishing an Employee Benefits Contribution
