Resolution No. 05-6231 describing the corporate limits of the City of Salina.
BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to K.S.A. 12-517, the City of Salina is required to describe the corporate limits of the city
before December 31 st of each year. This resolution incorporates any an all boundary changes that
have taken place since the last city boundary resolution passed on December 20, 2004. A full
annexation staff report will be provided to the City Commission later in the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution No. 05-6231.
