On the attached blueprint is designated
in yellow a portion or the ATlcSF Railway Compau,y's
right of way at Salina, Kansas, on which the Rail-
way Company is agreeable to having the Osage Construc-
tion Company construct and use a cement batching plant.
Authority to occupy this site is hereby
given the Osage Construction Company as soon as the
City or Salina authorizes the construction ot a cement
batching plant on this location.
