Second reading Ordinance Number 96-9729 authorizing the City Manager to execute
a contract for fire protection of property outside the city limits.
Background:
On March 25, 1996, the City Commission approved this ordinance on first reading.
The contract is for owner Tod Roberg, Salina Engine Supply. The Property is
located at 1334A North Ohio. No comments have been received since that time.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 96-9729.
