At that time a motion was unanimously approved by those members present (6-0) to recommend that this application be approved based upon the following findings-of-fact: 1. The amendment would be consistent with the intent and purposes -of the Zoning Regulations, as specifically enumerated in Section 36-101 of the Salina Code; 2. Every permitted use listed in the IlC_41l District would be compatible with uses permitted on other property in the immediate vicinity; 3.
