Gentlemen and Mrs. Graves:
On June 6, 1978, the Salina City Planning Commission held a public hearing on
Application #Z78-6. At that time a motion was unanimously approved by those
members present (6-0) to recommend that this application be approved based upon
the following findings-of-fact:
1. The amendment would be consistent with the intent and purposes -of
the Zoning Regulations, as specifically enumerated in Section 36-101
of the Salina Code;
2. Every permitted use listed in the IlC_41l District would be compatible
with uses permitted on other property in the immediate vicinity;
3. Through consultation with Engineering and Traffic Engineering, it has
been determined that adequate sewer and water facilities and all other
needed public services exist or can be provided to serve the permitted
uses on this property, if it is reclassified;
