SUBJECT:
Petition Number 3676 - filed by Don Williams requesting water
mains, sanitary sewer and paving of Fairda1e Road and Hillside
Drive in Country Club Heights Addition No.5.
I would recommend that we go ahead with this project. Mr. Williams
has waited a long time for the people on Edgehi11 Road and Melrose Lane
to come to an agreement on their drainage problems. We have defined
the solution to them, and it seems to me it is now up to them if they
want to petition for their drainage improvements or not.
I am sending a map showing the required additional drainage
improvements and the cost estimate for the same to Dr. Sloo this date.
A copy of this map and cost estimate is attached to this memo.

PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATE
The total estimated cost of installing an additional 4811 diameter
drainage pipe at the Edgehi11 Road and the Seitz Drive locations would
be $11,600.00 Channel improvements between Seitz Drive and a point
approximately 350 feet south of Crestview Drive would involve only
channel excavation, which would cost an additional $4,000.00. This
section of channel work would complete the channel improvements from
Seitz Road to Country Club Road.
