Second reading Ordinance Number 02-10072 providing for the vacation of Reserve "A" in the Riffel Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Background:
This ordinance was passed on first reading February 4, 2002 and no comments have been received. Norman
Riffel, owner ofthe 18.48 acre tract directly south of Lot 7 and Reserve "A", signed and recorded an affidavit with
the Register of Deeds acknowledging and consenting to the loss ofthe public street access to his tract.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 02-10072 on second reading.
