South, Range Three (3) ~est of the Sixth P.M. in
S31ine County, Kansas, described as follows: Com-
~ßncing at a point on the West line of u.S. Rig-
way 81 By-Pass 745.55 feet north of the point where
the west line of said Highway j ntersects the South
Line of Said Section, thence South along the West
Line of said Highway One Hundred Eighty-Seven and
Fifty-Five ~undredths feet (187.55'), thence West
Five Hundred Twenty feet 520') to the ¿ast line
