We, the undersigned, residents and property owners in the City of Salina,
Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for the vacating of the alley
extending from the south side of \lest Jewell south between the east 50 feet
of lots 50, 52, 54, Ninth street Grounds, K. W. U. Addition and Lot 1 of Lots
1, J, and 5, Ninth Street Grounds, K. II. U. Addition to the north side of the
alley running east and west from Highland to Hin~ Street.
