in consideration of Steele, Inc., and C. L. Clark, Inc.,
petitioning for the incorporation by the City of Salina
of certain of their lands do hereby irrevokably petition
the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas for the
establishment of a water system for the lands to be in-
corporated under the all and other petitions now on file
with said City for the annexation of certain lanælying
north of the present city limits of Salina, Kansas and
along U.S. #81 for a distance of approximately It miles,
under conditions so that the total of the cost thereof
including the cost of the existing system to be purchased
by the city will be spread as an assessment against the lands
to be so incorporated and for themstallation of a main
sewer system to be installed under like conditions to serve
said land to be so incorporated.
