City lIall,
Salina, Kansas.
Dear Sirs:
Enclosed is a request for the property described as Lot 8, Rep1at
of Block 5, Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, for the pur-
pose of re~Dning from C to DD.
Between my Agency and the Gutsch Agency we have options signed for
this lot and the lot immediately to the West which:i. now zoned.
The intended use is for the erection of a new office building for
the Internal Revenue Department.
It is our opinion that this will be a great asset to the City and
that the new structure will blend in with the businesses directly
to the West and the new clinic to be erected on the East end of the
block. We also feel that this would certainly increase rather than
decrease the values of the renainl~g properties in the block.
We would appreciate your res ponce as soon as po~sible a. time is of
the most importance.
Thanking you. I relD8in.
